Our commitment to safeguarding and well-being comes from the heart. Providing all learners with genuine warmth and support throughout their learning is central to everything we do. Chameleon vocational training is a friendly environment with many of the characteristics of a close family.

Each learner has a seamless individual learning and career pathway. This gives an added sense of belonging and encourages learners to take ownership of their learning as well as helping each other.

Younger less able learners are supported when in the workplace by a nominated mentor; this one to one support is widely regarded as a model of excellence which promotes personal development good social skills and consideration for others.
